1. First of all, subscribe to MTN BIS by texting BBC to 21600(1500naira per month) or BBC WEEK to 21600(500 naira per week).
2. After that, a subscription confirmatory message will be sent to you, then connect your BB with your computer or Insert the Sim card into a Modem.

 NOTE: To subscribe to MTN BIS does not require a Blackberry phone. Just text BBC or BBC WEEK to 21600 via any phone.

3. After a successful connection, then configure your browser manually to work with: Http and Https Proxy: 127.0.0.1 and Port: 8580. If done properly you should be connected to the internet.

2. After downloading the software, then extract and launch it and wait for it to connect automatically
3. After a successful connection, then configure your browser manually to work with: Http and Https Proxy: 127.0.0.1 and Port: 9666. If done properly you should be connected to the internet.
